Your implementation

  • Discovery and pilot: two rails, your files, a parallel run.
  • First production release: about 16 weeks when packs exist (12 weeks for a corporate).
  • Waves: rails go live noisiest first (usually Raast or ATM in Pakistan, mada in Saudi Arabia, NPSB in Bangladesh); each old tool is switched off only after a clean parallel run.
  • Next modules: posting, disputes, ledger and corporate modules over the following year, each phase ending at a gate you control.

Book a walkthrough: we load sample files from two of your rails, run them through Recondora and show you every match, break and approval.
